What is sustainable?
Being sustainable is about considering the life cycle of products we use, if we try and use more natural resources like water, land and soil we can reduce the impact on the environment and reduce the amount of waste we have going to landfills each year. Most products can be recycled and turned into something else.

Is the packaging sustainable?
Yes EGO CLOTHING LTD uses biodegradable packaging that is good for the environment.

I have received the wrong order?
Please get in touch the contact numbers are on the bottom of the website and arrangements can be made to get the right order to you.

What is the return policy?
The Returns policy can be found using the link and following the instructions, please get in touch if there are any problems. The contact details are on the bottom of the website.

When will I receive my order?

The orders will be sent out as soon as possible using the courier service, if there are any delays then we will let you know as soon as we can.  We aim to get items sent out to the UK within 3-5 days.

How is the product made?

All items are sustainable and have been carefully made using natural resources.  If you would like more information on any specific products please get in touch.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

All EGO clothing is UK sizes so you can order your usual size, if there is a problem you can change size.

What do I do, if I received a defective order? 

If you receive a defective order please get in touch so we can arrange for refund or exchange.

Do I need to register to order off EGO CLOTHING LTD?

Yes you will be expected to register to order items.

Can I delete my account?

Yes you can delete your account at anytime and unsubscribe if you are subscribed.

I am having problems placing my order online.  What should I do?

If you are having problems ordering items, please contact us using the contact form or email address. FAQS

How long does it take to be refunded?

The refund should arrive in your bank account, within a couple of days after we receive the item.  As long as the item is undamaged/ unworn and still in the original packaging.

What payment methods are available?

At present you can use all credit cards/ debit cards/ PayPal.

How do I upload a review for my product? 

You can go to the Reviews link on the bottom of the Home page and click on the link.  Thanks for the review. Reviews

How do I become a member/ vip?

At present we do not have a membership or vip scheme but we will be doing something soon.
